Potatoes come in many shapes, sizes, colours and textures. With thousands of different varieties available worldwide we know that not all potatoes are the same. Our approved varieties, some exclusive to us in the UK, have all been carefully selected for superior taste and texture.

Baking Potatoes

Few dishes can be more satisfying than a jacket potato with a crisp, crunchy skin and a fluffy inside. At Garden Of Elveden we know that to produce the best jacket potatoes choosing the right variety of potato is very important.

Salad Potatoes

Our salad potato varieties have been carefully selected for their thin skins, waxy texture and sweeter taste. Delicious on their own or with a knob of butter and fresh mint, our salad potatoes can be cooked to enjoy hot or cold.

Maris Piper Potatoes

One of Britain’s most popular potato varieties, our Maris Piper have golden skins, creamy white flesh and a floury texture. They are especially good for chips and golden brown roasties.

Chipping Potatoes

Chips are a Great British institution. Our chipping potato varieties are carefully grown and stored so that they have just the right amount of water and sugar content to make the perfect chips; light golden in colour with a crisp outer and light and fluffy on the inside.

White Potatoes

We select and grow our white potato varieties as great all-rounders, making them an excellent choice for mashing, roasting, baking and wedges.
